On Thursday 30th November 2017 please join us at the Harry Perkins Institute for a special event, co-hosted by melanomaWA and the Kirkbride Melanoma Centre.
PLEASE NOTE: There has been a change to our key note speaker for this Thursday’s community forum event, with Professor Michael Millward unable to attend due to unavoidable interstate commitments.
Dr Lydia Warburton, Medical Oncology Melanoma Research Fellow, will deliver the key note address – an overview of Clinical Trial design, phasing, and treatment; building the evidence base; and current and emerging oncological treatments for melanoma.
We apologise for this late change and look forward to seeing you there.
Dr Mark Hanikeri, Director of the WA Melanoma Advisory Service and Professor Peter Leedman, Perkins Institute Director, will outline plans for the new, centralised, state-wide melanoma service to be based at the Perkins Institute from January 2018. Clare Moynihan, Support Coordinator of melanomaWA, will discuss the supports available from melanomaWA.
